Inspection & Routine Maintenance Plan

Equipment inspections and minor routine maintenance such as filter condition checks, are carried out for an agreed fixed sum. Call-outs and repairs are carried out at an agreed additional cost.

Part Comprehensive Plan

Regular equipment inspections, routine maintenance and repairs are carried out under retainer up to a fixed work limit/sum agreement. Further work will incurr additional costs covering labour and materials.

Fully Comprehensive Plan

This is a no limit agreement for the provision of labour and materials to maintain mechanical & electrical equipment and services. All parts which have failed within the contract term, as well as call-outs and repairs, are covered.

Unlimited Callouts?

Unlimited callouts means just that. No restriction on the number of times you call to report a fault and seek a repair.

What's included in Parts and Labour?

Parts and labour means that an engineer will be dispatched to attend to the PPM tasks/failure and seek to carry out maintenance/repairs and restore the system by providing the parts and labour. Our Fully Comprehensive plan includes all parts replacement and labour free as part of the package.

Do you do Gas Safety Inspections?

In addition to maintenance services, we perform inspections and issue a Gas Safety Record for boilers.

Regulation 35 of The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) act 1998 states, it shall be the duty of every employer or self-employed person to ensure that any gas appliance, installation pipework or flue installed at any place of work under his control, is maintained in a safe condition so as to prevent risk of injury to any persons. This means that you are legally required to have the necessary safety checks completed on each gas appliance, flues and associated gas pipework and be able to produce a record of this work having been carried out. This has to be done on an annual basis and the record kept as proof.

What's covered with Boilers & Central Heating Systems?

  • Regular service keeps your boilers working as safely and efficiently as possible. Also we make sure your Gas Safety Records—obligatory for all businesses—are kept up to date.
  • A full inspection to ensure that your boiler complies with the Gas Servicing Installation & Use Regulations, with safety checks carried out on all components.
  • Safety checks of the flue, pipe-work and meter.
  • Performance testing of the boiler and a combustion test.
  • Servicing work on the appliance in line with the manufacturer's instructions. This will include cleaning, adjusting and lubricating key parts of the boiler.
  • A full assessment of the system and a record of any defects.
  • Full records detailing the work carried out, including any defects.
  • Repairs for central heating including: Boilers, Controls, Electrical wirings, Pumps, TRVs, Radiators, Pipework and Valves.

  • Hot water cylinders and heaters
